Cross Country Clinics by CT Sports Network: Ages 5+ • Register • View Cart •

CT Sports Network will be offering Cross Country training to runners aged 5 - 15 years old (K through 8th Grade).
The clinics are open to all runners with our training programs designed for beginners through to experienced racers.

The younger clinic will focus on age appropriate running games and basic running techniques with the older clinics providing a strong concentration on running form and pacing while building endurance through running drills, games and core exercises.
