This energizing, low-impact class blends ballet-inspired barre work with light weights to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body. No experience needed — just come ready to move and have fun!
Through small, controlled movements and high-repetition exercises, you’ll build endurance, improve posture, and boost flexibility. Expect upbeat music, a welcoming atmosphere, and a satisfying full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, stretched, and accomplished. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels!
Participants should bring their own Light Weights - 3lbs or less. Ankle weights are an optional addition. Please wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.
Program will be held at the Parks and Recreation building at 561 Main St South.
