Coach Bus Trip to the Radio City Rockettes

Experience the Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes at Radio City this December with Parks and Rec! This 11-hour day includes Coach bus transportation from Southbury Parks and Recreation to NYC, and your admission to the Radio City Rockettes show (it does not include any meals).
This trip is open to anyone, although an adult must accompany all minors.
Leaving Southbury Details
The bus will depart at 10AM on Tuesday 12/30 from the Southbury Parks and Recreation Building. Attendees can park their vehicles anywhere in the Parks and Recreation parking lot. The bus is scheduled to arrive in NYC around 12:30 pm, which can change based on traffic. The bus will drop us off as close to Radio City as street closures allow.

Christmas Spectacular Show Details
The show start time is 5PM and runs for 90 minutes without an intermission. Attendees will have some time before the show to freely explore the magic of NYC during the holidays. The show organizers recommend you arrive back at Radio City Music Hall at 4PM to get to your seats in time for the show to begin.
Leaving NYC Details
The bus will depart from NYC at 7PM SHARP and is estimated to return around 9PM (depending on traffic).
Disclaimers/Important Info
-Spots are limited to the first 50 registrants.
-Once your ticket is purchased, there are NO REFUNDS.
-Registration opens on November 1st for non-residents of Southbury.
-Attendees are responsible for their ticket(s), arrival time to the show, and boarding the bus at Radio City after the show.
-A group text list will be created, and a text from our camp phone will notify everyone where the bus pick up is after the show. Our bus can only get within a few blocks of Radio City, as the roads in front of Radio City are blocked off at that time of year.
