Radio City Christmas Spectacular – NYC Bus Trip
Experience the magic of the holidays with Southbury Parks & Recreation! Join us for a day in NYC and see the world-famous Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall on December 30th.
Your registration includes round-trip coach bus transportation from Southbury Parks & Recreation to NYC and admission to the Christmas Spectacular. Meals and other expenses are not included. This trip is open to all ages; however, all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Leaving Southbury Details
The bus will depart at 9 AM on Wednesday 12/30 from the Southbury Parks and Recreation Building. Attendees can park their vehicles anywhere in the Parks and Recreation parking lot. The bus is scheduled to arrive in NYC around 11AM, which can change based on traffic. The bus will drop us off as close to Radio City as street closures allow.

Christmas Spectacular Show Details
The show start time is 4PM and runs for 90 minutes without an intermission. Attendees will have some time before the show to freely explore the magic of NYC during the holidays. The show organizers recommend you arrive back at Radio City Music Hall at 3PM to get to your seats in time for the show to begin.
Leaving NYC Details
The bus will depart from NYC at 7PM SHARP and is estimated to return around 9PM (depending on traffic).

Registration opens on October 1st.
Spots are limited to the first 50 registrants.
Attendees are responsible for keeping track of their show tickets and arriving back at Radio City Music Hall and the bus at the designated times. A group text will be created for trip-day updates, including the exact bus pickup location in NYC from our P&R cell phone. Due to holiday traffic and road closures around Radio City, the bus may need to pick up and drop off within a few blocks of the theater.
Space is limited. Once tickets are purchased, there are NO REFUNDS. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time for all scheduled meeting points.
