Taekwon-Do class
TAEKWON-DO

Taught by award-winning black belts, participants learn sparing, age-appropriate self-defense, safety awareness, patterns and much more through Taekwon-do, a Korean martial art. Taekwon-do helps kids learn respect for themselves and for others, heightens concentration and increases self-restraint. Adults gain improved health, better balance, flexibility and personal protection.
