Join us for a fun and fabulous hour of cardio and calorie burning. Instructor Karen Miller has been a certified Zumba teacher for over 10 years and would love for you to share her passion and experience her energy! You will not even realize you are working out. No previous dance experience is necessary. Wear comfortable work-out clothes and sneakers and bring plenty of water.
