Holiday House Lights Entry Form 2023
Southbury Parks and Recreation is proud to announce the 3rd Annual Holiday House Lights Contest. Families and local businesses are invited to decorate their houses or businesses to spread holiday cheer for all to see. Once your house or business is decorated, please fill out our entry form at southbury-ct.org/holidaylights.

This year, a requirement for submission is taking a video or photo of your home/business and submitting the photo/video with your entry form. You also must select which category you are entering. 
Entries must be submitted by Monday, December 11. 
NOTE: If your photo/video is too blurry your entry will not be considered for judging.

Contest categories include, but are not limited to:
  • Merry & Bright (best use of lights)
  • The North Pole (best North Pole design)
  • Misfit Toys (best use of inflatables)
  • Santa’s Workshop (best use of holiday décor- local business category only)
  • Winter Wonderland (best winter-themed decor)
  • Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree (best use of music and technology award).
Please keep in mind, submitted photos of houses and local businesses may be posted on social media, flyers, and brochures for Southbury Parks and Recreation and Town of Southbury marketing purposes.
The winners of the contest will be announced the week of 12/18. Participants who opt in will have their address posted to the Town of Southbury’s Facebook Page and website, for all community members to enjoy.

Eligibility for this contest is limited to Southbury residents and Southbury businesses.
