Pool Aerobics at the Southbury Town Pool: Ages 40+

Come join our intermediate/advanced pool aerobics class for a fun, low-impact workout at the Southbury Town Pool. We’ll use noodles and aqua dumbbells to keep the body moving from head to toe all at your own pace. All equipment is provided but you are welcomed to bring your own if you prefer. This class is all about movement, feeling good, and having fun while listening to music. It's great for improving energy, flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness. 

A hat is highly recommended. Bring a water bottle too! Age requirement: 40+ 

All participants must know how to swim. Please note: This water class is designed for general fitness and recreation and is not intended for injury rehabilitation, aquatic therapy or medical treatment.
Class is taught by certified AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) instructor Christina Garofalo

Registration required in advance.
  • Southbury Residents: $15 per person
  • Non-residents: $20 per person
  • Season Pass Holders: FREE of Charge 
Please Note: Season pass holders must still register in advance to reserve a spot. Pool member discount will be applied in the final payment page.
