Ann's Place - Staying Grounded: Wellness Tips for Life's Ups & Downs

Learn about Ann's Place and their free support services helping families facing cancer. Ann's Place uses a variety of techniques to help their clients reduce anxiety and stress. This session will share some of those techniques which can help you build resilience so you can better handle when life turns you upside down. Facilitated by Shannon Cobb, President and CEO and Uwa Osagie, Manager, Community Partnerships of Ann's Place.

Ann's Place is a compassionate non-profit organization that provides comfort, support and resources to people living with cancer and their loved ones. Services include professional counseling, support groups, wellness activities and educational resources at no charge. Ann's Place can assist you and your loved ones to creating a unique pathway through cancer that enhances your quality of life.

All cancer survivors and their loved ones are invited to this free presentation. Come out to be in a supportive environment and meet others you can relate to. You are not alone on this battle!
