Mommy and Me: Infants is a unique program offered by Certified Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher, Natalie. This program focuses on movement and meditation to help mothers honor their body changes, connect with themselves, and strengthen bonds with their babies. Mommy and Me aims to promote relaxation, restoration, and nurturing while fostering creativity, fun, and joy in the journey of motherhood! Plus, learn self-care practices such as: energy healing and breath-work to empower personal well being.

Adults with children ages 3 months to 1 year. 

Program will be held at Southbury Parks and Recreation: 561 Main St South
