Southbury Parks and Recreation and The Tribury Rotary Foundation are happy to announce a Pickleball Tournament fund-raiser for Southbury’s needy families and in honor of the new Ballantine Park pickleball courts. Pickleball is quickly becoming one of the fastest-growing sports in the United States and around the world. All proceeds will go to the Southbury Needy Fund.
The tournament will be divided by ability level and division (men's, women's, and mixed doubles). To determine who you will play against in the tournament, we ask that you read how to rate yourself according to this: CLICK HERE. You will be prompted to enter your evaluation number during the registration process.
Space is limited! The first 50 people to register are guaranteed their selected shirt size. Please sign up with a partner and provide their full name during registration - all participants must register separately! If you need a partner or have questions about your skill level, please call Claudia Fox at 914-391-8274.
Every participant will see approximately an hour of game time, and a champion will be crowned for each division. The games will be timed and if there is a tie at the end of the segment, the next point wins. Players will have court time to warm up before games. Players will receive their scheduled time slot closer to the event date but are welcome to come watch other divisions!

A schedule will be sent after registration closes, please ensure the email you register with is one you check regularly! Schedule will also be posted to this page once finalized. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your first game.
Registrants must bring their own paddles, game balls will be provided. Please bring a lawn chair for yourself and your guests. You may also bring a packed lunch to eat outside at the picnic tables. Please carry out what you carry in, trash receptacles will be limited.
No refunds will be provided for any reason, all proceeds benefit the Southbury Needy Fund.
