CT Boating Certificate: Ages 10+ • Register • View Cart •

BOATING, PERSONAL WATERCRAFT, and WATER SKI SAFETY CERTIFICATE CLASS

This all-inclusive course allows you to legally operate a boat or personal watercraft and includes the modern water ski towing endorsement. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will have learned about state and federal boating laws and guidelines. They will have earned a CT Safe Boating Certificate (often referred to as the "Boater's License"). The State Certified instructor will guide you through the download process which includes a one-time additional payment due to the State of Connecticut of $50.00 per certificate (separate from class cost). You are then certified for life. Connecticut's Safe Boating Certificate has reciprocal value throughout the entire United States and its Territories.

Students must provide their Conservation ID number; learn more about how to get a free ID number here.

EVENING SPLIT CLASS:
Two consecutive nights on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM:
April: 23rd & 24th
May: 14th & 15th or 28th & 29th
June: 11th & 12th 
July: 30th & 31st

MORNING SPLIT CLASS:
Two consecutive mornings on Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
May: 16th & 17th

SATURDAY CLASS:
One-day class on Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
May: 25th
June: 29th
