Take-away experiences for C.I.T.s in the program:

-C.I.T. workbooks that track progress made with the Assistant Camp Coordinator on their weekly goals, how they achieve these goals, and reflections on their experiences each week.
-Team Building Opportunities with other C.I.T.s, camp staff, and campers while camp is in session.
-Enhance public speaking and leadership skills through running craft/activity stations during the week with a camp staff member.
