Our staff need the "Camp Form" completed which includes important information such as authorized pick up lists, emergency and allergy information. If you attended our summer camp in 2024, this form is already completed. If you need to fill out the form, it will pop up on your screen before checkout.
It is up to the parent/guardian to check their child's "Camp Form" for accuracy and update it as needed. For steps on how to do this, click the 'How to edit your child's Camp Form' link below.
By participating in this program, you understand that a late pick-up requires staff to remain after their scheduled time and that for every 15 minutes of lateness, families will be charged $15 per child for this care. Failure to pay may result in family members being unable to participate in future SPR activities.
